Where is the home of the Walt Disney family?
Last time I was in LA I took part in a star's houses tour and the driver announced the house of the Walt Disney family in Beverly Hills, but for some reason I could not catch sight of it. As a Disney fan, I would like to visit the address (not disturbing anyone, of course), just to take a photo from the distance. Can anyone tell me where it is?
355 Carolwood Drive in Holby Hills.
However, the Disney Family no longer lives there. In fact, the entire home was demolished after Disney sold it and moved to Burbank, and the current home doesn't bear any resemblance to the Disney's home. Please don't bother the occupants. The miniature railroad, as well as any other links to Disney, are long gone.
If you want to take a picture, go to 100 Carolwood Drive, where Michael Jackson took his last breath.
I've not been a big fan of those tours, since they are misleading. They say that this home or that one was so-and-so's residence. But that was usually decades ago. This is one of those cases.
