Do I need an air mattress when going camping in a tent?
I'm going camping, I'll be sleeping in a tent. We're going to campgrounds, not just out in the woods lol. I'll have a tent platform. Do I need an air mattress or will just a sleeping bad work?
I meant sleeping bag, not bad.
And will sleeping without an air mattress just be completely uncomfortable, like hard and painful? I've never been camping so idk what to expect or what a tent platform even is.
sleeping bad is an oxymoron, of course you will need some kind of insulation and padding under you to sleep comfortably. I use the REI Camp Bed 3.5 Self-Inflating Pad, about $100.us
