At what age did your baby develop a sleeping routine or regular sleeping pattern?
My baby girl is 8 weeks old and really doesn't have a regular sleep pattern at night time. Sometimes she's down at 10 other times its not until midnight or 1 in the morning. She's a good sleeper, just loves being awake at night. It isn't so bad now, but I'm going back to work in a week and know I'll get worn out fast if I'm up that late every night. Any suggestions?
I started a regular bedtime routine with my baby when she was around 6 weeks old. You may want to do this... chose the time she generally seems most sleepy. Give her a bath, sing a song or read a story, nurse or give her a bottle, and rock her to sleep.
