The Slumberjack system seems a little complicated for me. I'd prefer to have two sleeping bags for that range of temps. One for spring/summer and one for winter. Depends on your activities but I'll bet your spring/summer bag would wear out long before your winter bag.
I'd go with a synthetic 5 or 10 degree bag for Glacier NP, with an average low of 15 degrees in January, and rely on my extra clothing, down parka, vapor barrier liner bag, and ability to dig a snow cave and/or build a fire, to make up for the chance of extreme low temps, plus I wouldn't go if a big storm or low temps were forecast. http://www.nps.gov/glac/planyourvisit/weather.htm
You should really sleep in snow caves if possible. The temp inside stays around 32 degrees regardless of outside temps. http://www.wikihow.com/Build-a-Snow-Cave
