How can I prepare for cross country running?
I really want to start cross country running next year in the 9th grade. So I was just wondering, how long do you have to run? How can I prepare myself for cross country running? What are the best shoes for the terrain I have to run. Thanks!
If you really want to be good you should start running now. Start at like 1.5 miles for a 2 weeks. The increase your mileage when you feel comfortable. Its guna be hot as s*** but just push through it b/c thats what xc is. I used too get tired at 1 mile now i do like 12.
