Would i be better with Coolmax or polypro sock liners for a 14 day backpack through New Mexico?
I am going to going on a 14 backpacking trip in new mexico this june (philmont scout reservation if you've heard of it) and want to know if polypro or coolmax is the better choice in sock liners. Thanks all =)
I love the coolmax liners. I've tried a number of different liners, and found these cheap liners to be the best. They don't last all that long (maybe 14 days of hiking) - but they are great. Easy to clean, etc.
On an 8 day hike two years ago, I brought 2 pair - and didn't have any problems.
I wear them inside wool socks.
btw, I'm going to Philmont this summer as well - Late June.
